"These are the perfect shades, in my opinion, for a quick, brightening, energizing eyeshadow application. Put on a Bobbi cream shadow or stick, then pat one or more of these shades over, add some definiton along the lash line with a liner, mascara and go. Eye-opening and simple. And Bobbi's silvery and pink shades really bring out the color in your eyes and whiten the whites (no rabbity, tired looking eyes here). What I love is how these formulas "blur" the lines and discoloration on the lid without being heavy or obvious. Natural. Bobbi does wearable, natural sparkle like no one else. And I agree with the previous reviewer: thank you for releasing a line with Fair, Medium, and Darker delineations. Helps so much and the shades in the collection are spot on. More of this, please!"

Review 2 for Crystal Eye Palette
Date: January 25, 2014
Cons: dry, scratchy, hard to apply, sheer
"This is maybe the worst eyeshadow ever. It's got almost no pigment, and is dry, scratchy, and hard to apply.
I returned mine. I tried 3 separate times to love it, but it is just bad stuff. Guess I'm just spoiled by my Naked 3 and Chocolate Bar palettes.
You'd be better off with some $6 shadow from walmart, for real."
"I bought this palette with high hopes because the colors are so beautiful, and I love that it was geared toward pale skin, such as mine. However, the product is not what I would expect for $50. There are much better palettes out there for around the same price, and they deliver much better products. The porcelain shade was the only one that applied well, and the others were chalky and stiff. When I was able to get them to apply to my eyes, they looked very chalky and like they were all the same color. I love the packaging-very sleek and easy to travel with, so I think I will try the nude palette in the same release. This was just a very disappointing palette."
"First thing, I thank you Bobbi for dividing this collection into different skin tones, I am never sure if I am to buy fair or medium, and this takes out all of the guesswork. On to my review. I love this palette. Perfect for fair skin tones, it has all classic shadows for a nude look. Two sparkle shadows and two mattes is a great combo. You can layer the shadows, or use each one on its own for a classic look. Call me crazy, but the magnetic closure is the best thing since sliced bread. I have a thing for breaking the closures on my other Bobbi palettes, and this closure solves my problems. Please continue this on your other palettes Bobbi, I love this idea."
"This palette is perfect for daytime. The soft, pink & grey colors work well with my fair skin tone and it's fun to add a bit of sparkle when I want to feel a little more glam. The colors here are a little light so try applying this over one of your favorite cream shadows, like Bellini Pink. Layering the sparkle shadows on top of a matte shadow is nice too. This is a great little eye palette well worth the investment. This will last a long time."
"Similar experience than with the Nude Palette: The two matte shadows in this palette are great, but I'd much rather have a third nude matte and only one sparkle shadow because the two that are included show up looking pretty much the same on my lids. Other than that, a beautiful palette! Love the polished silver mirrored compact."
"While the colors are very pretty, they just didn't work for me. I have fair skin, but this just didn't show up on my lids. The colors made me look washed out. Unless you are very fair with cool toned skin, I think the Nude Palette would probably work better."
